Responsibilities*
- Work with the Associate Dean for Practice and Clinical Scholarship in the Office of Clinical Scholarship & Practice Development (OCSPD) to provide non-clinical administrative support to achieve the objectives of OCSPD:
- Serve as credentialing liaison for UMHS practice sites, coordinate credentialing and re-credentialing of clinical faculty members, including oversight of the creation of credentialing packets, applications, and affiliation verification paperwork, and ensuring clinical faculty members are up to date and in compliance with mandatory tests, licenses, and certifications. Maintain CTools site, email groups, and electronic files.
- Provide staff support for the Faculty Practice Plan Advisory Committee (FPPAC) quarterly meetings, including the setting of the agenda, meeting announcements, development of meeting docu! mentation and minutes, and set up of meeting, including polyco! m equipment. Maintain CTools site, email groups, and electronic files.
- Provide staff support for Advisory Group for Outcomes and Clinical Practice (AGOCP) monthly meetings, including the setting of the agenda, meeting announcements, development of meeting documentation and minutes, and set up of meeting, including polycom equipment. Maintain CTools site, email groups, and electronic files.
- Actively participate in Clinical Track Faculty (CTF) Open Door monthly meetings and work with OCPSD secretary on set up and documentation. Maintain CTools site, email groups, and electronic files.
- Provide staff support for the Clinical Adjunct Faculty Network (CAFN) monthly meetings, including the setting of the agenda, meeting announcements, development of meeting documentation and minutes, and set up of meeting. Maintain CTools site, email groups, and electronic files.
- Record and maintain files for signed clinical track faculty offer and reappointment! letters, and signed CAFN offer and reappointment letters. Update database.
- Maintain CAFN C-Tools site, email groups, and electronic files.
- Provide staff support and act as Workgroup Liaison for National Nursing and Practice Network (NNPN) monthly and bi-weekly meetings, including the setting of the agenda, meeting announcements and development of meeting documentation and minutes. Maintain CTools site, email groups, and electronic files.
- Actively participate in NNPN meetings and special projects.
- Represent SN at monthly Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) Conference Planning Committee Meetings and actively participate in planning of the annual conference.
- Work on special projects as determined by Associate Dean of OCSPD. Required Qualifications*
- Successful candidate will be Master's prepared in nursing.
- Demonstrated experience in the area of advance practice roles is required.
