Accounts Payable Specialist
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process and code invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure that invoices are properly approved and supported by necessary documentation
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Monitor accounts payable aging reports and ensure timely payment of invoices
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues related to invoices or payments
- Assist in month-end closing activities, including accruals and account reconciliations
- Maintain accurate and complete records of all accounts payable transactions
- Assist with other accounting projects and duties as assigned
Qualifications and Experience:
- At least 1-2 years or more experience in an intercompany
- Accounts Payable, Data Entry, Invoicing (High Volume of Invoices), Email Management experience
- Proficient in using MS Teams, MS Office, MS Outlook
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proactive attitude and approach towards your work
- Well-developed problem-solving and analytical skills
- Someone who is not afraid to ask questions
- Willingness to learn
