Customer Service Representative [Oman]


 

  • Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with their inquiries or issues
  • Respond to customer complaints and provide solutions to their problems
  • Utilize software and tools to access customer information and resolve issues
  • Build strong relationships with customers to promote customer loyalty and satisfaction
  • Make sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit customer needs
  • Attend training and development sessions to improve knowledge and skills
  • Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance

Salary: From RO325.000 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 2 years (Required)
