This position will help drive VTS profitability by engaging all customers on the sales floor and stocking shelves in an efficient manner.
The floater will engage customers on the sales floor through brief interaction, stocking, straightening and purging merchandise, and providing customers with an excellent experience.

Time Requirements:
This position will require between 16-40 hours per week

Zero to minimal local travel is expected for this position
Position duties:
1) Excellent Customer Experience
a) Greet each customer that you encounter with a pleasant demeanor
b) Quickly and efficiently assist customers as needed
c) Effectively share the Vapor mission with customers who inquire
d) Maintain composure with customers at all times
e) Assist customers with fitting rooms as requested, enforcing the fitting room policies
i) Report any violations to the LOD
2) Housekeeping
a) Ensure a properly organized sales floor during operating hours
i) Pick up any loose or fallen items from the floor and return them to their proper place
ii) Restock items from the fitting room return rack
iii) Return empty hangers from behind register to the warehouse clothing area
iv) Return out-of-place merchandise to its proper location
v) Pick up any visible trash as you walk the floor
vi) Properly dress any mannequins without clothing items as needed
b) Rainbow clothing as needed, and as often as possible
c) Maintain a clean sales floor
d) Secure completion of the opening/closing checklists as required
3) Other
a) Follow all in-store policies at all times
b) Stock shelves and racks as needed when not assisting customers
c) Efficiently purge stock according to the rotation schedule
d) Ensure proper and clear communication on in-store radios
e) Manage the “floater keys” at all times on the shift
f) Report any suspicious behavior to the LOD
g) Other duties as assigned by the Shift Leader, LOD, or Store Manager
