The Position
Group HRIS Partner
Job Summary
Your function
  • You are a member of the HRIS department of the Group HR Center of Expertise (CoE).
  • Providing assistance to the corresponding Workday HR Business Process Owners and HR end-users.
  • Implementing agreed new Workday functionalities.
  • Supporting the HR community in designing and testing new functionalities.
  • Performing day-to-day support relating to the Global Workday Application.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of the services delivered by the Workday Support Team.
  • Supporting the HR Process owners and the Workday Training Manager in designing training materials.
  • Delivering training sessions to the HR community in English and/or other languages.
  • Suggesting/driving improvement of the HRIS Roadmap, in line with the HR Strategy.
Tasks and responsibilities
Strategy:
  • Propose initiatives for rolling-out additional Workday functionalities.
  • Participate actively in the global Workday community to suggest and support ideas of improvements and anticipate software change.
Projects:
  • Support the Global Functional leads during the Design phase (accuracy of the requirements, consistency of the design against the existing configuration, …).
  • Translate business needs into configuration changes, create documentation and bring in other technology owners as impacts are identified.
  • Write test scripts; complete functional testing and sign off configurations, reports and integrations before they are moved to production.
Communication/Training:
  • Identify and propose Communication actions to the network of HR User or the full community of Workday Users.
  • Build End-User guides (relating to a specific project or to identified needs from the End-users).
  • Daily Support activities:
    • Process the issues raised by the end users according to the agreed CoE procedure.
    • Provide ad’hoc assistance to the identified HR Key users to continuously improve their knowledge.
    • Process the requests raised by the Key users ( Security role assignment, Specific data loads, update the core set-up configuration) in compliance with the existing procedures).
Profile
  • Good knowledge and expertise in the Workday administration, either as a Workday Consultant and/or as Champion HR End-User in an International company.
  • Workday Core HCM experience is a must (minimum 2-3 years) . Knowledge in other Workday HCM areas is welcome (Performance, Talent, Core and Advanced Compensation, Benefits, …), as well as in transversal technical topics (Security, or Reporting/Dashboards, or interfaces).
  • Good knowledge of HR Processes.
  • Proficiency in English Language.
  • Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to learn quickly new HRIS topics.
  • Ability to transfer knowledge to his peers and/or to the HR community.
  • Strong customer service, ability to work collaboratively and interface with all levels within the organization.
  • Ability to identify areas of improvement relating to the quality of services of the HRIS Support Team.
  • Rigorous in applying agreed procedures.
  • Ability to efficiently work with Contacts located in multiple time zones.
