The New Zealand Customer Service Manager is responsible for coordinating and evolving the Customer Experience and to help promote the services supplied by both Customer Service and the Fitting Assembly Teams. With a key focus on building, maintaining, and enhancing customer relationships which will help maximise the satisfaction of all Essilor New Zealand customers.

You will oversee and manage the Customer Service team with a focus on excellence. You will drive continuous improvement and build relationships with customers to better understand the challenges they may face. You will work closely with the commercial sales team and be the lead on creating a respectful and positive working environment.

About You:
Proven experience in Customer Service Management, Operations Management, B usiness Management, Project Management, or similar related leadership experience.
Demonstrated experience leading a customer service or operations team.
Highly motivated and possess the ability develop and grow the people around you.
Proven track record of developing and implementing operational processes & polices.
Well-rounded coaching and training skills.
Excellent decision-making skills and responsive in high pressure situations.
Confident in conflict resolution as well as strong influencing skills.
Good general computer skills, particularly excel.
