Agility Health is currently seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) Traveler to work with our rehab teams at our skilled long-term care facilities throughout the greater Detroit area.
Position requirements are as follows:
Monday â€" Friday schedule with weekend rotations. Hours can be flexible. Must be willing and able to travel to all Agility Health sites in the greater Detroit area. Must have at least one (1) year of experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
This position offers full-time, indefinite employment and is not a temporary contract assignment. The first week of employment will be an orientation to all sites to complete service packets, finger printing forms, etc. All assignments thereafter will be coordinated through our designated rehab tech.
This position offers full medical benefits, paid time-off and paid Holidays. We also offer a higher hourly rate due to the traveling and flexibility requirements of the position. Drive time will be paid when traveling greater than 30 miles one way from your home address to the facility.
