Do you have great coordination skills and enjoy tasks that require a sharp attention to details? Are you a well organised, structured and cooperative person who can “get things done”? Would you like to be part of an international Marketing team who has the responsibility for marketing across 28 countries and more than 3,000 stores?
Then you may be our new Marketing Coordinator in our TV and In-store Team.

WHAT WE OFFER YOU
As Marketing Coordinator you will be working from our Head Office in Aarhus and be part of our TV and In-store Team. You will take part in ensuring high quality and smooth coordination of our TV campaigns and instore materials towards 28 countries.

You will face a focused and detail oriented job and have a solid cooperation with both internal and external stakeholders.

WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
Your tasks and responsibilities in the job includes:

  • Secure production and development of product and information signs
  • Ensuring production and coordination of Store Marketing campaigns
  • Ensuring production and coordination of TV and Radio campaigns
  • Coordinate ad hoc tasks/projects

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a new colleague who:

  • Have some relevant experience from a similar role – maybe as a student assistant
  • Have flair for and preferably experience with coordination of marketing materials
  • Are comfortable with deadlines and thrives with both routine and ad hoc tasks
  • Have an eye for layout and graphical insights
  • Enjoy working in an organized and structured way with focus on details
  • Are cooperative, collegial and are comfortable with approaching stakeholders internally, externally and across boarders
  • Have good written and verbal communication skills in English

This is a maternity cover until 31st of January 2024.
