Position Summary
Spectrum Health Neuro Rehabilitation Services provides co! mpassionate medical support at home to children and adults rec! overing from a serious injury or illness. Complex medical and rehabilitative needs are met by highly skilled specialists up to 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We currently have need for RNs and LPNs in our Home Care division.
Schedule: Based on shift or visit availability. LPNs and RNs are required to work at least 24 hours each month.
Job Summary: Provide skilled nursing care to home care clients as prescribed by the physician and RN Nurse Specialist. Responsibilities may include basic nursing, vent/trach care, medication set up, assessments, lab draws, IV, and wound care.

- Graduation from an approved nursing program. Current State of Michigan LPN / RN licensure.
- Minimum of 6 months experience.
- Current CPR certification or ability to get within 30 days of hire.
- Previous experience with ventilators, IV’s, trachs, and other complex medical care preferred. Must be able to travel within a 60-mile radius.
- Must have a valid driver license, current automobile insurance, reliable transportation, 2 or less points on driver record, no suspensions/restrictions in the past 3 years.
- Computer experience preferred; familiarity with email and Internet.
