- 5+ years related experience
! The Process Management Consultant facilitates and leads process improvement across the Bronson system in multi-day
kaizen events
and continuous improvement projects.
This is a dynamic position that requires strong group facilitation skill, project management, and teaching ability. Excellent communication and analytical skills are required. This position works closely with leaders, employees, and the medical staff to improve clinical and non-clinical processes using a methodology sourced from Lean Thinking, High Reliability, and Six Sigma.
Experience with work measurement systems, process re-engineering, or other similar background desirable.
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is required
. 3-5 years of experience required.
Prior experience in a healthcare environment is strongly preferred.
