Virtual Customer Service Representative [United States]


 

We are a small company that processes records to the public. Looking for a customer service rep to resolve helpdesk tickets. Answering phone calls, making call backs, and responding to emails will be much of the job. No cold calling. No video calls. You will be working from home after a training period of up to 3 weeks in Katy TX.

Requirements:

· Good communication skills

· Basic computer skills

· Basic reading/writing skills

· Overall pleasant demeanor on the phone

· Work from home/quiet working environment

· Good attendance is crucial.

Additional job info:

· Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30-4pm with 1 hour lunch

· Computer and phone will be provided

· Must be available for training in person, in Katy, TX for up to 3 weeks.

Good to have:

· Bilingual Span/Eng. Speak, read/write

Preferred locations, Katy and Houston
