Serve as the on-site hospital supervisor. Coordinate nursing staff responsibilities ensuring overall quality of patient care. Assess the level of milieu acuity, maintaining staffing and safety needs. Assist in coordinating patient admissions, discharges, patient teaching, and physical status needs. Assist with intake admission calls and performing intake assessments. Assess crisis situations, both psychiatric and medical including coordination of services and notification of administration.
Job Requirements:
Registered Nurse (Prefer BSN) 1-2 years supervisory experience preferred Professional licensure in the State of Michigan Previous experience working with psychiatric patients required Excellent written, oral, and leadership skills required. CPR/CPI certification required Position may require working weekend hours
