In a collaborative group practice, our specialists focus on the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular disease.
TheClinical RN Supervisor will be responsible for administering, managing, planning and coordinating all clincial practice activities, management of staff, provider relations, patient relations and financial operations for the practice. Responsible for operational and clinical excellence, standards and quality assurance for the practice. The Supervisor will oversee clinical coordination, clinical practices, triage procedures, patient flow, and ancillary services, as needed to ensure proper care is provided to patients.
Registered Nurse License Required, in th! e State of Michigan
Bachelor's degree in health servi! ce management preferred.
Three years of progressively more work experience in a health care setting required.
Ability to establish priorities to facilitate most efficient operation of the clinic. Ability to establish and implement operational standards, policies, programs and function with independent clinical judgment.
Knowledge of software applications (word-processing, spreadsheet, and graphic presentation). Knowledge of clinical standards of care and nursing process.
Effective leadership competencies especially in the areas of Financial Management, Operations Management and Human Resources Management.
Financial skills necessary to plan, develop and oversee department budgets.
Ability to articulate verbally and in writing.
Ability to work as a team.
Complete understanding of departmental policies and procedures and HIPPA regulations. Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to Joint Commission, C! MS and other applicable agencies. All other duties as assigned.
