Obtained Joint Commission Certification
in
Joint Replacement.
The candidate must

emonstrate the ability to plan, organize, influence and control activities pertaining to patients, personnel and the environment

The Administrative Manager provides leadership and collaborates with multiple
disciplines involved in the Orthopaedic Service Line
which
includes:

Care Management

Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy

Home Care
services

Physicians

Pharmacy services

Operating Room and Recovery

Guest Relations
-
Beaumont
Foundation

Media Relations

Quality and Safety

Rehabilitation.
Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Nursing, current Michigan RN licensure, previous management experience. Ideal candidate will possess proven leadership skills and a track record of building positive patient, physician, and staff relationships, strong customer service, experience in improving quality outcomes, experience with strategic planning..
Preferred qualifications: Masters degree: MSN/MBA/MSA, previous
