GENERAL SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Director, Care Coordination and in alignment with Director, HFHS Analytics, the Application Analyst ECIN will facilitate the coordination and implementation of the Application Analyst ECIN application, data analysis and report building/writing responsibilities within the Henry Ford Health System. The Application Analyst ECIN will identify, facilitate and reconcile requests or needs that vary among facilities regarding the Application Analyst ECIN application. The Analyst will be the liaison to Allscripts regarding interface changes, upgrades, and adding new modules. The Application Analyst ECIN will be responsible for the initial and ongoing interface with the Application Analyst ECIN application to EPIC.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the initial and primary contact for issues specific to Application Analyst ECIN for the System.
- Maintain flexibility and prioritize tasks related to the implementation and support needs on a daily basis as well as coordinate with IT for resolution of technical issues.
- Understand operational needs and assist in defining functional specifications for enhancements that may be needed to meet the operational needs.
