Job Summary:
Under general direction, provides direct care to patients utilizing the nursing process. Assumes management and leadership responsibilities for assigned shifts, collaborates with other health care professionals and coordinates ancillary staff. Functions within the framework of policies and procedures of the hospital and demonstrates growth/development.
Job Requirements:
Education: Associates Degree or Diploma in Nursing, BSN or BS preferred.
Experience: 1-3 years as a Registered Nurse.
Licensure: RN license in the State of Michigan.
Skills and Abilities: Minimum 2 years RN experience in acute care setting; Basic Nursing skills, effectively demonstrates team leadership; clinical competence.
