Detailed specification about this vacancy opportunity please read the description below. Borgess-Visiting Nurse & Hospice is accepting applications for an Occupational Therapist. OPEN INTERVIEWS - WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 15TH 8AM - 5PM 348 NORTH BURDICK, KALAMAZOO. Under physician order, this position provides occupational therapy services to home care & hospice clients, including assessment and treatment of overall functional ability within the context of established occupational therapy practice; development and modification of the treatment plan, coordination and collaboration with interdisciplinary team, and evaluation of outcomes. Travels independently to provide occupational therapy services in the patient's home. Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program required. Minimum of one year of experience required. One year in acute care or rehabilitation setting preferred. Must possess Michigan OTR registration, a current driver's license, and have reliable transportation. Current BLS certification is also required. Basic computer skills or satisfactory completion of introductory computer training helpful.
