Job Summary: This individual will be responsible for clin! ical nursing care, evaluating the needs of residents, training! and supervising clinical support staff, and coordinating care with outside agencies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community to ensure resident’s healthcare needs are met.
- Ensure residents are treated with respect and dignity and ensures quality care as resident’s healthcare needs change.
- Responsible for the direct supervision of care giving and coordination of health care needs within the community.
- Provide training, supervision and monitoring of associates.
- Report to the Health and Wellness Director
- Must have Current LPN License in the state of Michigan
- Minimum of two (2) years relevant experiences required
- Basic typing skills along with a working knowledge of personal computing and word processing software are required.
- Ability to read and interpret docume! nts such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English and understand and follow written and oral instructions.
- Must be energetic and able to multi-task.
- Must have strong management skills and clinical skills
