Description: Porter Hills Retirement Communities & Services is hiring Nurse-After Hours/Per Diem right now, this vacancy will be placed in Michigan. Emmanuel Hospice, a collaboration between Porter Hills, Clark Retirement, and St. Ann’s, is looking for Two (2) After Hours/Per Diem hospice nurses to provide coverage ! in the evenings and weekends with a rotating schedule. Responsibilities include responding to patient and family needs after hours and on the weekends, serving as a back-up to the RN Case Manager as needed, and obtaining the appropriate resources to meet patient and family needs. Requirements include being a licensed RN or LPN who have equivalent experience in acute care, with hospice experience preferred.
