Current Needs: Currently seeking an experienced Medical Assistant, Detroit Metro area. This is a Temp to Hire position.
Medical Assistant Position Description :
Performs Medical Assistant duties including assisting medical providers with patients, performing vital signs, ancillary testing, phlebotomy, and other physical screening services. Assists front reception area with activities such as greeting clients, answering the phones, patient check in and out procedures and filing. Should be comfortable worthing with pediatrics to geriatrics. Looking for an energetics, multitasker who stays busy even during down times. !
Minimum Work Experience :
Must have EMR ex! pereice, preferable Epic
Must have basic computer skills, knowledge in Windows
Must be proficient in performing vital signs, vision screening, audiometric screening, and phlebotomy
1-3 years experience in a family practice, preferred .
