AmeriStaff Nursing Services is searching for a Full Time Entry Level Staffing Coordinator for its Troy, Michigan location. AmeriStaff is a growing compa! ny and we are looking to expand our Coordinating Department with an individual who wants to learn and grow with the company.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Perform all functions relating to employee and client schedules including matching client needs with available staff, scheduling changes, updates, and visit assignments utilizing electronic scheduling system.
- Field calls from existing clients and staff, adjust schedules as needed, and deal with issues as they arise
- Maintain positive client relationships through feedback of employee performance and customer satisfaction and log information into database
Equivalent to a High School Diploma
6 months to One Year of similar or related experience. Medical staffing is a plus.
Strong computer skills, organization skills, and communication skills
Ability to mult-task numerous projects simultaneously
! The scheduling department supports a 24/7 service need for our! clients and will involve high interaction with internal and field staff as well as client relations.
**** Must be able to share “on-call" back-up phone duties.
