AmeriStaff Nursing Services is searching for a Full Time Entry Level Staffing Coordinator for its Troy, Michigan location. AmeriStaff is a growing company and w! e are looking to expand our Coordinating Department with an individual who wants to learn and grow with the company.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Perform all functions relating to employee and client schedules including matching client needs with available staff, scheduling changes, updates, and visit assignments utilizing electronic scheduling system.
- Field calls from existing clients and staff, adjust schedules as needed, and deal with issues as they arise
- Maintain positive client relationships through feedback of employee performance and customer satisfaction and log information into database
Equivalent to a High School Diploma
6 months to One Year of similar or related experience. Medical staffing is a plus.
Strong computer skills, organization skills, and communication skills
Ability to mult-task numerous projects simultaneously
The sche! duling department supports a 24/7 service need for our clients! and will involve high interaction with internal and field staff as well as client relations.
**** Must be able to share “on-call" back-up phone duties.
