Shifts available:
3 - FT 7p-7a (72 hr! s a pay period)
1 - PT 6a-10a (both 40hrs a pay period)
2 - PT 11p-7a (40 hrs a pay period)
1 - PT 7p-11p (40 hrs a pay period)
- Treats clients with the highest degree of respect and dignity at all times; assures that clients' rights, privacy, and confidentiality are maintained; ensures protection from abuse or exploitation.
- Provides direct client care services for personal care, hygiene, and nutritional needs. For example, bathing, grooming, dressing, care of skin, teeth, hair, ears, nails, eating, toileting/elimination, and promoting self-care activities.
- Remains client focused and centered at all times, ensuring full attention to the client(s) needs and wants, showing respect for the client's preferences in television, radio etc.
- Meets nutritional needs by assisting with eating which may involve adaptive equipment.
- Routinely and frequently checks client status, and provides shift to shift com! munication to nursing and NCC staff as needed.
- Provid! es follow through of therapeutic and/or medical needs which may include, but are not limited to, wheelchair sitting programs, positioning, range of motion exercises, feeding plans, behavior modification plans, bowel and bladder training programs, other individual-specific programs as assigned.

- Must be of good moral character and meet legal requirements for work as mandated by the Michigan Department of Human Services including background checks required under MI Public Act 303 and Special Tree policies.
- CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification required.
- 1-2 years work experience.
