Position Summary
Provides oversight and leadership to Dr. Stefan Jovinge's clinical infrastructure, as well as managing the integration of CV research staff. Manages the operational effectiveness and efficiency of the clinical trials staff of the FMH&VI to assure compliance to federal, state and local regulations, protocols, and hospital policies. Collaborates with the centralized research department and leadership team to develop site and service goals providing input related to the development and management of the budget. Develops policies and procedures in coordination with other leaders to support services in the provision of excellent research services.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Education - nursing
Experience - previous research nurse, CRC and CRA supervisory, research and clinical trials, Experience working in an orga! nization of a size and complexity comparable to Spectrum Health
Licenses - Registered Nurse (RN)
