Location: Grand Rapids Michigan

Description: Health Solutions is at present looking to employ Nurse â€" Seasonal/Part-Time right now, this position will be placed in Michigan. Health Solutions Services, Inc., an award-winning national provider of high quality worksite health promotion and fitness programs, is recruiting for PRN Nurses (RNâ€! ™s and LPN’s) to provide flu shots to corporate clients throughout the United States.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Administer flu shots skillfully and appropriately at one or more of our clients’ sites on an as-needed basis, within the guidelines established by the corporation.
• Demonstrate excellent standards of patient care with concern, confidentiality, and initiative.
• Maintain the standards of accurate and complete recording and reporting.
• Adhere to infection-control policies and procedures established by Health Solutions Services.
• Be resourceful and calm in emergencies.
• Observes and supports corporate policy.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to administer flu shots skillfully and appropriately.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Registered nu! rse (R.N.) with valid license, (or) Licensed Practical Nurse (! LPN) with valid license, and appropriate experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: N/A

REASONING ABILITY: Must possess sound judgment, good communication and business acumen skills.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: R.N. or L.P.N. licensure.

Employee must be able to stand for up to 10 hours.

Ability to lift greater than 20 lbs.

Must be a US Citizen (required by client sites)
