Registered Nurse-
Case Manager ACT
Full Time: Candidate will provide nursing and case management services! in the community and provide physician support for consumers with severe mental illness. Candidate will assess needs, develop and monitor Person Centered Plans and document treatment. Candidate will provide transportation to consumers as deemed appropriate. Must be licensed by the Michigan Department of Commerce or Professional Regulation as a Registered Nurse. Minimum Qualifications: Education: Associates Degree from an accredited nursing education program. Experience/ Knowledge: One to two years’ experience as a Registered Nurse working with individuals with a mental illness. Must have reliable means of transportation for home visits and maintain safe driving record.
MCO Supervisor
Full Time: Candidate will be responsible for assisting in the negotiation, preparation and maintenance of provider contracts & manage the residential lease process. Candidate will audit contract providers, identify contract deficiencies, analyze trends make recommendation! s and credential specialized residential facilities. Minimum Q! ualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, mental health or paralegal certificate. Experience/Knowledge: 3-5 years supervisory experience. Preferred experience with Community Mental Health System and contracting experience. Knowledge of DCH, CARF, managed care standards and requirements.
