About this opportunity
Manual testing of IVR (Interactive Voice Response) menu flows, comparing the behavior of different IVR platforms and identifying any deviations. The testing can be done from home office.
What you will do
Work with client team to identifying any issues with IVR (Interactive Voice Response) applications running on IP based platform. Call in to legacy IVR platform, exercise various menu options, record the observations, repeat those calls on IP IVR platform, compare the observations, report any anomalies.
Skillset
- Basic knowledge of IVR platforms, navigating via various menu options, interact using DTMF digits as well as speech.
- Familiar with use of google sheets, google docs and gmail to communicate the information with the team members.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
