Job Description:
Genex is looking for a Dictation Coordinator who will be responsible for dispersing records to the Transcriptionists and ensuring consistency. For this job to be done well, you will need strong detail orientation and organizational skills. Note - This is not a job as a Transcriptionist - You will not be transcribing any dictations.

Responsibilities: Identifying and coding dictation files from medical providers.
Distributing work to various transcription contractors. Managing workloads for transcription contractors. Investigating unknown dictation files. Balancing tasks and incoming dictation from a number of sources.
Other duties as needed
Minimum Education: HS diploma or eqivalent
Required Skills and Experience
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- Ability to juggle several high priority tasks at once
- Experience using Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Knowledge of anatomy is preferred, but not required
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented coupled with exceptional problem-solving and time-management skills
