- The Registered Nurse/ RN / Dialysis Nurse will plan and provide nursing care to ESRD patients
- Work with a team of patient care techs to deliver dialysis treatments
- Perform patient assessments, administer medications, and ensure the implementation of physician orders
- Analyze patient data including status of vascular accesses, lab work, patient assessments and make recommendations to the physician for patient care
- Work with the team to develop short and long-term care plans
- Provide patient education
- Participate in the care center's QA/CQI process
Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Associate degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program. Current RN license in the state of practice; CNN desirable. Experience: Minimum of one year of nursing care and dialysis experience preferred
