Shared Services Home Health Care, a Medicare-Certified Home Health solution of Evangelical Homes of Michigan, is currently seeking to add a new Certified Home Health Aide to our expanding Farmington, MI office which serves the Oakland and Macomb Counties. The Certified Home Health Aide, under the supervision of a registered nurse or therapist, is responsible for performing compassionate care services as necessary to meet our home care patients’ needs.

Responsibilities for the Certified Home Health Aide include, but are not limited to:

• Making their own schedule for daily visits
• Preparing meals and assisting with eating
• Helping to keep a client’s home clean and organized
• Helping clients to take medication in a timely manner
!
• Transporting and accompanying clients to appointments
!
• Communicating client’s status and progress
• Providing compassionate service through love and patience

Qualified Certified Home Health Aides with strong organizational and self-directing working skills, along with a passion for providing quality care and working with the community need apply. Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent and be actively licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with the State of Michigan. Prior experience in Home Health and current CPR certification preferred.
