Description: MidMichigan Health is at present looking to employ Clerk - Nursing Administration right now, this vacancy will be placed in Michigan. Detailed specification about this vacancy opportunity please give attention to these descriptions. This position must review and provide coverage for designated shifts and units as needed, based on staffing guidelines. Process all vacation slips, trade slip! s, and staffing changes. Adjustments are recorded in the computer and on the master and daily schedules. Provide computer-generated census for physicians and shift administrators on a daily basis. Coordinate appropriate disposition and documentation of all expired patients. Maintain education records for all Nursing Service employees. Obtain and deliver medical records, general stores, and/or supplies as needed. This position reports to the Staffing Clerk Supervisor.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent degree required.
Associate's degree in secretarial services preferred.
One-year hospital secretarial and medical experience preferred.
Medical Terminology, PC proficiency, and good organizational and people skills required.
Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
