Metro Health Hospital needs a Nurse Aide to join our team! This is a part-time (24 hrs/wk), day (6:45a-7:15p) position located in our Assisted Breathing Center. This position has weekend requirements.The Nurse Aide, under the direction ! and supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), provides basic nursing care to patients.
Requirements: -High School Diploma or GED required.-Current CENA certification required, or current enrollment (and continued progression) in a nursing program in which a nursing fundamentals course and at least one clinical rotation have been completed.-Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) providerâ€"required.Preferred: -Experience in acute care or extended care facility preferred.
