Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the CEO, this key position requires a positive, energetic, hands-on professional. As a Chief Nursing Officer, you will design, implement and evaluate patient care programs. This position does provide direct patient care. The CNO is in control of the clinical product, understanding and maintaing survey compliance and responsible for administrative duties.
Qualifications
Management experience in a hospital setting
Strong acute or critical clinical skills
Experience with Joint Commission
Budgeting, Staffing and Scheduling experience
Current RN state license
Bachelor's in Nursing, Master's preferred
