Has responsibility for 24-hour accountability for the management of assigned patient care unit(s)/function(s). In this capacity, will accomplish the missio! n and vision of McLaren Greater Lansing through effective utilization of all resources, constantly striving to increase quality patient care and maintain a high degree of patient satisfaction
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor degree from an accredited school of nursing (BSN) or Bachelor of Science (BS). (Associate degree /diploma in nursing may be considered with five or more years of relevant experience. Must complete BSN or BS within 3 to 5 years from date of hire.)
Licensed registered nurse in the State of Michigan
American Heart Association BLS certification as Healthcare Provider or American Red Cross equivalent
Demonstrated management potential or middle management experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s degree in Nursing or related field
