This position is with American Health Holding (AHH) - one of Aetna's subsidi! aries. This position is telework with quarterly travel into the corporate office in New Albany, OH.
Experience with Utilization Management is required for this role, and prior supervisory experience is preferred. The supervisor will be required to take weekend on-call duties every 6 weeks.POSITION SUMMARY
The Supervisor is responsible for oversight of healthcare management staff including the organization and development of high performing teams. Works closely with functional area managers to ensure consistency in clinical interventions supporting our members. Accountable for meeting the financial, operational and quality objectives of the unit.
EDUCATION
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
