DUTIES
Su! pervise the day-to-day activities of your assigned unit in our Skilled Nursing Facility. Provide direct nursing care as necessary. Schedule rounds to observe residents and to determine if needs are being met. Admit, transfer and discharge residents. Monitor shift's personnel to ensure that all personnel are following policies and procedures. Participate in the development of written preliminary and comprehensive assessments of the nursing needs of each resident as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have current RN license in the State of Michigan.
Three (3) years experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related health care facility required.
Must have training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
FT days. Required on-call rotation.
This position will report to the Director of Nursing and be part of the nursing management team.
