Silverback Coffee Of Rwanda is looking for a PART TIME coffee roaster to join our 2 person strong team. We are located in Los Angeles, CA. 90015
Our ideal candidate is attentive, self motivated, hard-working and clean
Responsibilities
-
*Operate machinery to roast and bag coffee for distribution. *Maintain roast profiles by examining products during and after processing, taking samples for laboratory analysis. *Perform preventative maintenance and cleaning of machinery and roasting facility *Record production data, such as roasting dates, times, and amounts, in daily log sheets.
- Tracking and maintaining inventory levels for both green and roasted coffee.
- Manage the roasting schedule.

*· Will work with the Operations Team in roasting experiments, improving inventory accuracy and forecasting, along with consistency in roasting profiles. *Able to lift 35 pounds
Qualifications
- MUST have experience roasting on a commercial roaster

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation depends on your experience.
