Do you enjoy working outside? We are a small but mighty gardening business located in the greater Windham area. We are on the hunt for an experienced landscaper/gardener to join the crew.
Some of the tasks we complete are:
- building garden cleaning out beds
- pruning
- planting (perennials, annuals, shrubs and trees)
- garden clean ups
- edging beds,
- laying mulch and more.

Our crew is full of passionate, knowledgeable and hard working folks. We are a small crew, 3-5 crew members daily. The best part about being on a crew is getting to know each other's strengths and working together to complete the job.
We are looking for someone who is a team player with a positive attitude. While your experience and knowledge will help tremendously, we love to find the best way to be the most efficient.
FYI This can be a labor intensive position.
We wheelbarrow, dig, plant, load and unload trucks, shovel out of trucks and sometimes into trucks, etc. We lift, haul, push, pull and sometimes hoist...it pays to get creative with moving large things!
Bonus areas of knowledge/expertise and interest are:
- small engine experience
- trailering
- hardscape (walkways, setting stone, stone walls, etc)
- leadership,
- client relations,
- communication skills,
- humor
- logistics.
We are a seasonal business, and generally operate April-December. Looking for a minimum of 2 days a week and up to 4 days a week. We start our day at 7:30/8am and end our day 3:30/4pm.
