Position Summary

Under the direction of the RN/Mid-level Provider/Physicia! n and in collaboration with other members of the health care team, contributes to the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Education - Graduate of an approved nursing program.
Experience - Successful completion of competency based orientation program.
Licenses - Licensed Practical Nurse in MI (LPN)Licensed to practice as a Practical Nurse or a higher level of nursing in the State of Michigan.
Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR for healthcare workers within 90 Days.
