Research Nurse Clinician

The Research Nurse Clinician is responsible for protocol coordination, including subject recruitment, enrollment, implementation and follow-up of research procedures.
Promotes good clinical practic! es in the conduct of clinical investigations by possessing knowledge of federal regulations and guidance documents for the conduct of clinical trials and human subject protection.
Participate in subject screening, recruitment, consenting, enrollment, monitoring of treatment, and follow-up procedures.
Distribute study article, including drug.
Maintain study article accountability.
Document and maintain all study related procedures and events on CRF's or EDC.
Participate in monitoring audits/visits, handle data queries, maintain all study documents.
Prepare for and participate in audits by sponsors and external regulators.
Prepare complex regulatory documents such as HIC Applications, Informed Consents, complex Amendments, Progress Reports, Adverse Event Reports, and Protocol Deviations.
Developes and implements a Health Coach process for applicable procedures and conditions in collaboration with Research! team and patients.
Requirements
:
! B.S.N required.
MI Registered Nurse License.
National Certification (SoCRA or ACRP) within three to five years of hire date required.
BLS Healthcare Provider Certification required.
Prior medical/surgical clinical experience required.
Previous clinical research and regulatory experience required for the Regulatory RNC.
MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and OneChart.
Excellent verbal and written skills and organizational skills required.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
Preferred
:
Previous research experience highly preferred.
Prior experience with Diabetic teaching or health coaching preferred.
