Responsibilities include: Organizing, Supervising, Evaluating and Providing Patient Care; Performing quality improvement activities for the unit; Assist with ! safety assurance for patients and nursing staff; Know and enforce State and Federal regulations and guidelines; Conduct physical and mental nursing assessments/care plans; Administer medications and treatments; Know and support facility philosophy, standards, policies, and procedures; and promote constructive working relationships between health care disciplines and promote favorable public relations.
