Trinity Senior Living Communities, Sanctuary at Mercy Village is seeking an LPN Nurse Supervisor ! to provide professional nursing care and oversight to the organization’s residents as prescribed by the physician, and/or requested by the residents’ family, and in compliance with the state’s Nurse Practice Act, Adult Foster Care licensing rules, and the organization’s policies and procedures. Supervises the day-to-day nursing activities of the community and ensures that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. Minimum Qualifications:
Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN program.
Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in this state.
Must possess and maintain current CPR Certification.
Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines.
