3 years minimum OR nurse manager experience. Manager is responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the eight OR suites and its 55 employee's. Case's include; open heart, orthopedics & spine, bariatrics, endoscopy, general, and a rapidly growing robotics program. The preferred candidate must be a hands-on manager with a focus on building relationships with staff and physicians. Candidate will also possess a current and clear MI RN license, as well as a BSN or bachelor's degree in relevant area required- please include proof of degree at submission.
