The primary purpose of this job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine ! daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident''s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisor.
This position is located on our Long-term care neighborhood, Prom North, and the following schedule below is associated with this position. Each "1" indicates a shift of 3:00p-11:00p. Please note: TSLC reserves the right to modify this schedule at any time. This schedule starts at the beginning of a bi-weekly pay period.
