Manages the resources for the ICU department to insure quality patient outcomes, patient satisfaction, and cost effective care. Develops and empowers staff, fo! rges collaborative and team relationships within nursing department and with other disciplines and departments. Promotes professional nursing care consistent with standards and policies of hospital and nursing department.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Current State of Michigan Registered Nurse license
BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) certification
Three years of prior critical care work experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Masters of Science in Nursing
Five years of prior work experience
