- Associates, Diploma or BS or BSN degree in Nursing
- RN licensure in the State of Michigan in good standing
The Clinical Care Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of the plan of care for patients & residents at BNRC. Provides oversight of patient care and direction to staff on the afternoon shift. Supervises staff members, including monitoring and evaluating job performance. Reviews and assures nursing documentation is maintained as required by regulation and facility policy. Acts as a resource to other staff members in patient care and procedures as needed. Acts as a resource and customer service steward to family & visitors. Assists as requested in the development, review, and revision of departmental and facility policies. Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and is currently licensed to practice as a RN in the state of Michigan. Bachelor’s degree preferred, Gerentological Nurse Certification preferred. Two years’ experience in the f! ield of geriatric nursing preferred.
