Manages projects and programs related to clinical management, performing quality improvement activities to measure program processes and outcomes.Basic Qualifications:
Education - Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Experience - 5 years of experience typically gained through skills/knowledge/abilities in previous nursing or CDE clinical experience
Licenses - Registered Nurse (RN)*\\Valid State of Michigan RN license\\
Basic Life Support (BLS) Note used for BLS,CPR & BCLS)\\Medical Group, Grand Rapids Hospitals, Spectrum Health System\90 Days\
Basic Life Support (BLS)\\Medical Group and Grand Rapids Hospitals\90 Days\
Certified Breast Navigator (CBPN)\Oncology Breast NN\1 Year\
Oncology Certified RN (OCN)\\Oncology departments in Gerber, Spectrum Health Hospitals, United Memorial, and Zeeland.\1 Year\
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)\\Medical Group: ACLS a nd/or PALS\1 Year\
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)\\Medical Group: PALS and/or ACLS\1 Year\
Preferred Qualifications:
Education - Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Experience - Prior teaching with patients of all ages
Licenses - Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) Certification\Pediatrics in Medical Group and Spectrum Health Hospitals \\
Oncology Certified RN (OCN)\\Oncology Medical Group\\
