We are currently looking for a part-time (10-15 hours a week) remote Social Media Manager who will be responsible for the following:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including text, image, and video content
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct outreach activities to expand list and create sales opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels
- Analyze social media data and metrics to identify trends and insights
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Manage social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions
- Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach and engagement
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience preferences
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Proficient in proofreading and editing content for clarity, grammar, punctuation, and spelling
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track social media performance
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices
- Experience with AI a plus
- Basic video editing skills and technical knowledge are desirable
