Dishwasher
Duties:
- Clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Operate dishwashing machines to wash and sanitize dishes, glasses, and silverware
- Ensure a clean and organized work area
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Support catering and banquet events by washing dishes and assisting with setup/cleanup
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and stand for long periods of time
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
